The service

Scholarized is a social product for discovering and discussing publicly available patent information. Features may change as we iterate.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use Scholarized. If you are under 18, you may use Scholarized only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Do not impersonate others or abuse engagement features (spam, harassment, or automated voting).

Content

Patent metadata originates from public sources. Comments, articles, and collections you post remain your responsibility; we may remove content that violates our Community Guidelines or these terms. Use in-app reporting for harmful user content; use Feedback for product issues.

Advertising

Free accounts may see advertising (including third-party ads) in feeds and related surfaces, subject to your consent and platform settings where required.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scholarized is not liable for damages arising from use of the service or reliance on any content.
